The second type of seasonal rental that we offer is the “Superior Mezzanine Roof Window Studio”. It is a studio of 20 m², it is located on the third floor of our establishment. This studio is equipped with a mezzanine and a velux window to offer natural light and a unique view of the Parisian sky. Everything you need is present to allow you to have a comfortable and practical stay in the city, with a kitchenette equipped with: kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator, hotplates, microwave, toaster , crockery and kitchen utensils, as well as a bathroom with shower, WC and hand basin. You will also find a television, air conditioning, a safe, storage space, a dining area, a travel iron, a radiator and it is a non-smoking area.
